As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we want to let you know that our highest priority has and will always be the health and safety of our conference attendees and presenters. Based upon guidance from local, state and federal health agencies, the 2020 ESAC Conference scheduled for May 11-15 in Atlantic City, NJ, has been cancelled and will be rescheduled for May 2021.
The Executive Committee is working diligently to solidify a new date ASAP. There are many components to this procedure involving numerous parties, but once we have finalized a new date, we will notify everyone.
The Conference scheduled for 2021 in Niagara Falls, NY, will now be rescheduled for 2022. We would like to thank the NJ committee for all their hard work and for agreeing to host the conference in 2021. The Executive Committee shares in your disappointment and hopes everyone can join us in 2021 when the world is healed. Please know that all ads, sponsorships and registrations will be allocated to the rescheduled date unless otherwise notified.
No action is required on your part and no one will lose their funds that have been committed. This will allow us to manage our finances and start planning for 2021.
